Art is our passion, and we want to share it with like-minded individuals through our brand new teaching classes.
We are offering classes to people of all levels of experience and ability.
Creating a background for stitch using a range of textile techniques.

Course Description:
During the day you will explore and use a variety of art
materials and mediums to create a layered background on
fabric. You will develop a range of samples that you will be
able to further embellish with hand or machine stitch.
Your end pieces could be added to book covers, tags, gift
bags or just framed.
Venue: The Angel Gallery – set in the heart of idyllic Shropshire, offers a tranquil and visually stimulating place for creative courses.
A selection of teas, coffees and homemade biscuits will be provided.
You will need to bring your own lunch.
Any course requirements will be sent out two weeks before the workshop.

If cancellation is made a refund will not be given unless a replacement participant is found. A full
refund is given if the Angel Gallery must cancel the course.

Creating a Mini Stitch Book

Course Description:
This course will give you the skills to make a mini stitched fabric book. You will learn: how to construct the book; different ways of collating pages; and a variety of fastening techniques. You will also be provided with an array of ideas that you could use to fill the pages and there will be the opportunity to explore some of these during the day.
